This page explains what information 44 Supps collects when you use this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, phone number, city, neighbourhood or landmark, and your email address if you give it. We also keep a record of what you ordered and how you paid. We do not see or store your MoMo PIN or card details.
Why we use it
We use your details to confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it on the phone or WhatsApp, and to answer your questions. If you write a product review, your first name is shown with it.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who need it to get your order to you: our delivery person or the transport company for orders outside Douala, and the mobile money provider when you pay. We never sell your information.
Cookies and statistics
The website uses cookies to keep your cart and remember your language. We also use statistics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok) to see how people find and use the site. These tools may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and after-sales service. You can ask us to delete your details at any time if there is no open order.
