1 000 FCFA anywhere in Douala and 2 500 FCFA to every other city in Cameroon.

Yes, in Douala. You pay in cash or by MoMo / Orange Money when the order arrives. For other cities, we ask for payment by MTN MoMo or Orange Money before we send the order.

Choose "MTN MoMo or Orange Money" at checkout. We send you our payment number on WhatsApp right after you order, and we prepare your order as soon as the payment arrives.

Which whey is best if I am just starting?
Gold Standard 100% Whey in the 2 lb tub is a good start: 24 g of protein per scoop and about 29 servings, so you can try a flavour before buying the bigger tub.
Whey or mass gainer?
Whey adds protein without many calories, so it suits most people who train. A mass gainer like Serious Mass adds a lot of calories, so it is for people who struggle to put on weight.
How should I take creatine?
Most people take about 3 to 5 g a day with water or a shake, every day. Drink enough water. If you are pregnant, under 18 or have a kidney or other medical condition, talk to a doctor first.
