A lot of the whey and creatine sold in Cameroon is counterfeit. Here is how we make sure ours is not, and how you can check any tub yourself, including ours.<\/p>\n

Where our stock comes from<\/h2>\n

We buy directly from the manufacturers: Optimum Nutrition and MuscleTech. We do not buy from resellers or the market, and we never open, repack or split products. What you receive is exactly what left the factory.<\/p>\n

How to check a tub before you use it<\/h2>\n

  1. The seal under the lid.<\/strong> Open the lid. There should be a foil seal, fully stuck down, with no cuts, bubbles or signs of being glued back.<\/li>\n
  2. Batch number and expiry date.<\/strong> They should be printed directly on the tub or the label, not on a separate sticker, and they should be easy to read.<\/li>\n
  3. The label.<\/strong> Real labels are sharp and clean. Blurry printing, spelling mistakes, a wrong logo or colours that look washed out are warning signs.<\/li>\n
  4. The powder.<\/strong> It should smell like the flavour on the label and mix normally in a shaker. Hard lumps, a strange smell or a gritty texture are warning signs.<\/li>\n
  5. The price.<\/strong> If a 5 lb tub is sold far below the usual price, ask yourself why.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If something looks wrong<\/h2>\n

    Do not open or use the product. Take clear photos of the seal, the batch number and the label, and send them to us on WhatsApp<\/a>. If you ordered from us, we will deal with it straight away.<\/p>\n
